Hello and welcome to Week 4 of my Pear Pizzazz Colour Challenge. This week the other colours are Poppy Parade and Garden Green. I chose to create a Spring / Easter themed card using the beautiful Timeless Tulips Stamp Set.
If you would prefer to watch me create the card simply scroll to the end of this blog post where you can watch my video tutorial.

Let’s make it…
The card base is created from Pear Pizzazz cardstock. I have then cut a smaller piece of Whisper White cardstock which will be the main card front. I die cut a circle from a piece of scrap cardstock to form a mask. I find it easiest to get the mask in the correct position if the scrap cardstock is cut to the same size as the Whisper White layer before cutting out the circle.
I positioned the mask and held it in place using masking tape. I stamped the tulips in Poppy Parade ink such that some flowers are complete and some go ‘outside’ the mask. I then stamped the stems in Garden Green ink.

Once the ink was dry, I applied Pear Pizzazz ink through the mask using a Sponge Brayer. This produces a beautiful ‘frame’ for your stamped images.
The sentiment is stamped directly onto the card front in Garden Green ink and the card front adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
